7 rounds and 3 pull ups. Was hot as fock, had a full on thunder storm by the time I hit the shower.
Started Zoning a few days ago, have definitely seen an improvement in performance, we’ve been eating paleo but it hasn’t been regular enough, so zoning is helping us be more disciplined!
Have just sent Matt to the shop for ketosis sticks lol lol

First work out where I felt anyway comfortable since leaving Ireland… Hot as a muuuuaaaa fucker… Got 7rds @30kg… The Thai coach at our gym thinks we’re bonkers… Zoning again and is def making a difference (I dnf’d last week). Time to start going at it again and ramping up some weight!
The guy at our gym is gonna put a t-bar up off one of the walls for us to fix our oly rings too… How nice is that!
