		<description>23.47 - Hellish work out after doing 7up yesterday... First prolonged periods on a pull up bar in months!  Tropical climate has softened me!  That and the noodles... Any who, couldn&#039;t get full range at warm up for overhead squats so worked with a pitiful 20kg, biggest dumbbell we have is 10kg for the tgu&#039;s!  What I&#039;ve learned today! Not training often enough makes it hurt more!  Running in minimus does not prepare you for actually running barefoot!  I&#039;m a big girls blouse!</description>

Just watched a 2 part CrossFit Journal video on those darn TGU.  Good information, especially since I suck at them!  That journal subscription is worth every penny (and more).  Catch me with a computer sometime if you want to see just how much info is available.
