22 minutes and change of “uggghhhhh”…..good “uggghhhhh” though.
Just watched a 2 part CrossFit Journal video on those darn TGU. Good information, especially since I suck at them! That journal subscription is worth every penny (and more). Catch me with a computer sometime if you want to see just how much info is available.

17 something, had to use a dumbell for tgus…..nightmare to be doing your run around a swimming pool the guys in our gym think we’re lunatics….
23.47 – Hellish work out after doing 7up yesterday… First prolonged periods on a pull up bar in months! Tropical climate has softened me! That and the noodles… Any who, couldn’t get full range at warm up for overhead squats so worked with a pitiful 20kg, biggest dumbbell we have is 10kg for the tgu’s! What I’ve learned today! Not training often enough makes it hurt more! Running in minimus does not prepare you for actually running barefoot! I’m a big girls blouse!
