Sumo Deadlift

Then
15 Min AMRAP of
20 Wallball
10m Overhead walking lunge 20/10
20 Knees to elbows
10m Overhead walking lunge
20 Burpees

**IMPORTANT**
There will be a very important announcement at the Titanic Games BBQ on Sunday after the final. It will be in all The Unit members interests to be there as this will affect you.

Please remember that the last class tonight is the 5:30 class as we will be setting up for the weekend.

    Sumo nappy bum lift 150-155-160(2)-160-165 first time doing these so know to start heavier next time! The third one was a bar sliperoo!!

    Metcon 2rnds + finished 20m walking lunge at that stage burpees could suck upon the plumbs!!
