‘FIGHT GONE BAD’
Three rounds of
1 min wall ball
1min sumo deadlift high pull 35kg/20kg
1 min box jumps 20″ box
1 min push press 35kg/20kg
1 min row (calories)
1 min rest
Each round is for total reps and the clock is constantly running for 17 mins. At the end of the wod all 3 rounds will be added up to give you a total score.

Today = 181 slight improvement???? It was the rower’s fault , couldnt get many calories.
Well done Tracy you were v speedy — can honestly say I didn’t enjoy that one, TOO HOT!!!
Can hardly walk now as totally exhausted.
I’m absolutely busted now though I loved that workout …. Apart from the point when the sweat was stinging my eyeball (had to remember rule 13!)
