Back squat 105kg
Metcon 15:26 @50kg .. had 2 do 10 snatch at 40 was failing alot at 50 … they took me ages
Back squat: 110, 112, 112.5, 113.5, 114.5
Wod: 11:03 @ 30kg should still be doing single arm snatch n cleans.
Back squat: 35 – 40 – 45 – 50 – 52kg
Didn’t finish before the time cap
…Need to learn to run faster!
back squat: 100kg(pb) 105(2)
wod: 14.23 @40kg
running after doing all them snatches and cleans was hard on lower back
back squat: 50-55-57.5-60-62.5(1)
wod: 14:07 @25kg
Need to practice my snatches so I can go heavier!

WOD 14.47 @ 20kgs shoulda gone a bit heavier….

So big fat DNF!!
How come tulbot DNF? I hear you say……well
We spasmo balls was blitzin the first 800 ahead of the pack!!
Banged out the snatches like I was on some sort of illegal gear I.e peanut butter
Then was blitzing and lapping on his second 800m run to find others half way through their hang cleans when I got back in.
Oh aye sure it was 400m lol we Willy wab head can’t count reps and can’t read boards!!!
Anyhow loved this one today
Squat 55kg, tried 57.5 and couldn’t get down low enough for it to count! Must get loweeerrrrrrrr
