    Did tues workout
    3mins AMRAP : 4rds + 2KB swings —- bout same as last time but managed 20KB this time
    5 mins : 3 rds = same as last time
    7 mins : 1 full round — last time got 2 rds BUT that was with SUs, was able to do DUs this time, though did take a very long time!

    How did you get on with DLs Tracy?

    HPCs & DLs 21-15-9 @ 40kg

    DLs 70-75-80
    21-15-9 in 6.30 mins @ 30kgs
    Still practising pull ups but changed from blue band to red band. (thanks Jonny!)
