    I was planning on getting down today, but I woke up with some crazy back pain..Does anyone know if I should roll it out or leave it ?it’s a bit sore to roll to be honest.

    6:24 @ 50kg, really tough on your grip this one

    DL: 72.5, 73(3), 73(1), well pleased with weights as slowly gettin heavier.

    WOD @ 25kgs = 6:35.
    arms totally seized up and then moved down to fingers, v tricky changing bandana after this one, thought wasn’t goin to be able to tie knot, lol.

    did this quickly after the 6:30 class. wanted to get this done in under 5 min so scaled to 50kg.
    time was 4:04.

    Fergal sorry for late reply – work doesn’t let me post – I’d do some gentle mobility stuff as long as you don’t have any funny symptoms – pins and needles, numbness etc. You’ll should feel better afterwards, as long as you don’t over do it!

    Wod: 2:43 scaled to hpc with 24kg kb on right arm and 60kg deadlift

    My first WOD, loved it, feeling muscles I thought I had left behind (literally ass was burning!) Great motivation from Helzy and such a friendly focused atmosphere, can’t wait to the next one!
    Used 25kg for the 21-15-9 and completed in under 5 minutes. In rehab for deadlifts, using 10kg plates to raise the floor until I get some mobility from my lazy glues and back! “Granny Greene” will be back!

    WOD: 6.23 @50kg
    Grip was horrible, forearms were so pumped after it
