    Freshly made Paleo deli with a great selection. Also the guys at Ronin Crossfit have been very accommodating – Doing my best to represent CFNI!

    I had slow cooked chicken with eggs, cabbage and leeks. Topped with spicey tomato sauce. Then a walk to the train to find out there’s a bomb on the lines… So no crossfit for me today :( ragin.

    double-shot homebrew latte and 1/3 cup raw porridge oats mixed w/ one of them wee yogurt pots;
    110-120-125-130 all were “pb’s” for a 3 rep DL
    50kg for FtSqts; first 21 pull-ups were strict but was “encouraged” to go to the rings for the remainder when I tried to sneak a blue band on the pull up bar.

    Did the wod after the on ramp with niall cheering me on. Time 10:52 with 50kg and strict pull ups.thoughti would gass on the f squat so went light but blitzed them all unbroken. Changed my diet on wed and think it made a difference today.

    130-135-137.5-140, 8:25@50 kg, great wod but the pull ups got really hard really fast
