    Did yesterdays workout with Tracey.
    Shoulder Press: 22.5- 25- 27.5 x3- 27.5 —- disappointed, 1st 3 reps were fine, it was number 4&5!
    WOD: big fat DNF @ 20Kg, 2rds+ run & 9 thrusters.
