    Looks like a great Wod. Would love a go at this! Gym at the hotel has 2 treadmills and a 10kg “barbell”, seriously!

    Don’t know if I dare post my score with all these “trillions” of DUs !!!
    All rounds completed BUT 25Kg only lasted for 1 round and then went down to 15Kg which was prob to light but at least ‘doable’
    After all my DUs on Fri was feeling confident but didn’t manage one as calves still playing up so had to resort to tuck jumps. Score = a measley 56.

    Doing lots of stretches as was told to Andy, so might be able to walk tomorrow?

    It’s just till there an improment in your overhead position mate ,you have just had a neck injury from an overhead movement. Just. Keep doing your Mobility work and you will be back in the game.
