    Even tho my maths is shit, I have that at 300 du’s 300 sit ups!! Not a bad rest day at all :-)

    did yesterdays WOD with my wee pal Tracy —- who is getting thinner every time I see her!!
    FS: 35(pb)-40(pb)- 42.5(pb) waheyy!
    Ok, now the WOD, considerin the snails even passed me — 19.42, RR & clusters @25KG(last time doin these in a WOD could only do 22Kg)
    Also Tracy had some good news when got home – Board of Gov. cancelled.
