WOD: 12:43 the running got hard!!
WOD: 12:43 RXD the running got hard!!
Front squat 67.5-70-75kg(f) up 15kg from a month ago.
WOD: 13.29 and 40kg used. Should of used RXD weight.
The running was close to a walk for me on that last round Cameron.
Front Squat: 55, 56, 57(f)
WOD: 17. something!!!!!…. scaled pull ups with green band..
Didn’t know whether to cry or get sick after that workout today…
17:46 on the wod. Angry as usual about running abilities.
60-65-67.5 on the front squats. Will be able to do a lot more when I get the focus off of how badly my wrists hurt doing it and really do the squat.
Edel have to say mega effort yesterday and the day before!!
85kg 90kg 100kg (pb) dont know what was going on here? shouldve started 95 and went up in 5′s had more in me but leggy mitchells where snookered before i got started and i had the foresight of running and clusters etc.
12 mins something not 100% as forgot to take it down.
