time 8:48 with 70kg which i should have scaled to 60 couldn’t get my right arm locked out!
It’ll be a while before can mange this one RXD that’s for sure!!
Thanks Helzy for the tips on the cleans, need to do a lot more practice on my technique.

First round at 70kg but had to drop to 60kg for the remainder!!
much tougher than i thought and i’m nowhere near the RX weight
thanks to the 430 class for the encouragement to finish workout
barely able to shake my protein shake
WOD time 9.01 mins.
60kg used and mostly split jerked the weight.
General technique felt okay until I brought the wrong foot in on the jerk and dropped the weight behind.
WOD: 1st round and 3 reps of 2nd round @ 82.5kg then scaled to 72.5kg for the remainder
Time: 7.41
haha the weight didn’t go up quite as easy after the burpees!!
Time. 8.16 @ 35kg
11:21 @ 50kg… rough one but good practice dip’n’ drive’n’ and so forth
6 min something @ 65kg .
