6rds, pp&KB swings —-25kg,16KB,20″box jumps—- 2out of 3 rx’d wasn’t bad.
last time could only do “mini Jack” for 10mins — 20kg pp, 16KB & 16″ BJ!!!
However, still a mind game with those box jumps.

This was a hard session but a great WOD. Glad I used the 50kg as I was using 35/40kg at the start of February.
Managed 3rds+ 2 box jumps in 12 mins. Scaled the time but went heavier on the weight (35kgs) with Helzy’s encouragement.
Well done Tracy with the PP —— I’m havin serious doubts now!!
