Then 10:43 for metcon, with a few dodgy knees to elbows.
Anything that involves swinging from a bar knocks me for 6! Need to practice.
It was like the Reebok CrossFit ad in here at lunchtime…only bigger & better

80kg glute bridge — looked back and last time we did these I failed at 65KG, so well pleased.
WOD: 11:16, high knees and 25kg hangPC – felt a bit bokey (is there such a word)after that one.

I hate the wall ball, it slows me right down, definitely not getting the breathing right.
