No squats but 7 rounds and 1 cluster. 32kg x2 kb for walks. 45kg clusters. Tight!!
As for saturday, read the bored as stated. Table will be booked for 7pm (if this doesn’t suit the majority it’s easily amended) . Then everyone can decide where to go afterwards. Hopefully get a good turnout

Need to keep working on the thrusters they let me down.
FS: 27.5 – 30- 32.5 (PB) ———- used to only be able to squat to a box so progress bein made methinks.
AMRAP: 4rds, clusters @22kg & Farmers walks( hee hee, this gave me a laugh in school today when I read it ) @24KB —– really enjoyed this one, also left out 20kg dumbells just incase but managed all rds with 24KB!!!! arms and shoulders v v sore now so tomorrow should be interestin.
