1 and a half cups Coconut Flour
Half cup of milk (or coconut milk)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
Whisk all the ingredients together. Melt a little butter or oil in a frying pan and make your pancakes. They even flip. Serve with butter, a little honey and a squeeze of lemon juice. Or sprinkle with berries, sliced banana and cream.
