In 12 minutes find a heavy Overhead Squat

then;

For Time,
21-15-9
OHS @ 50% 1rm
Box Jumps (24/20)

then in pairs accumulate 2 mins in an L-Sit

    Got 65kg x3 which is a PB. only left myself with enough time to try 70kg once but dropped it before i even got it above my head :(

    i had 65kg in my head as a 1 rep max attempt but it felt good so i done a couple more. lol never done anymore than 60 before that, so wasn’t sure what i would finish on.

    Ok how weak is this —– 18KG OHS, believe it or not was quite pleased as have only been able to do OHS in the last couple of weeks and last PB was 15Kg —— don’t you just feel a teeny bit sorry for me????
    WOD: 8:40 @9.5 KG & 20″ box —- think you felt sorry for those boxes Gemma BUT I never let them beat me!

    70 kg OHS non pb!!!!
    Only posting ni since I’ve had a migrane after completing today’s wod! Ohs have twice ni cause sore heads/ necks anybody else have had same thing happen?? Only just recovering could do nothing but lie in darkness till ni. Very strange considering the wod was in no way difficult.
    wod 5.02 @ 35 kg.
