A great big team wod! All members welcome (don’t worry if you can’t book in, we expect to be over capacity so the computer might say no)

    Really loved today’s team WOD. Mark and I finished in 2nd place. I was glad that no burpees were involved today!
    The nutrition lecture was a good reminder that we are what we eat.
    Over the years I’ve tried every diet under the sun, I’ve even met actual Rosemary Connelly! (the low fat guru) I lost weight on most of these but couldn’t sustain it. This was largely because I like real food! The so called low fat and diet stuff never tastes as good, therefore I ate more of the low fat stuff to make up for it. I was never one for take always or rubbish food (maybe a mild weakness for Maud’s ice cream). Since the last nutrition lecture I rarely eat high carb stuff and generally feel better with a lot more energy. A good diet like the one Jonny discussed and regular Crossfit training is deffinately the way to go.
    Thanks again guys for backing up the training with good dietary advice.

    Arms are fried after yesterday and today. Good WOD with Tracey. The talk at the end left me with lots to think about!
