    Thanx to ALL 3 COACHES for all the encouragement , even though it might just be the sympathy vote.
    Feel soooo much better after 2 days in a row.
    Did Monday’s WOD: aimed for 100 wallball but was able to do 110, C&J only 25Kgs as ran out of time, 7min AMRAP = 6rds & 5DL

    10 deadlifts @ 125kg
    50 double unders
    Time- 6:16 then did some GHD sit-ups.

    Heavy but good :-)
