100 toes to bar
150 box jumps – 24″
200 kettlebell swing – 24/16
30m prowler push

    It was a real tight workout… I was fighting back the wretches from as early on as the box jumps… And hit the drain the second the run was over!

    Loved it!

    P.s Guys I think everyone is just gona have to man up and learn to be sick in your mouth and swallow it to save time going to the drain……..

    Possibly the best workout I’ve ever done at the Unit. Team Venture were amazing, could we not do team work outs all the time? Massive well done for Sarah shifting the prowler that probably weighed the same as her. Great Job!
