Did some snatch practice first, got up to 57.5kg PR.
Then did yestarday’s WOD; 7 rounds + 1 pullup, Rx’d.
I did yesterdays wod got 8 round at 40kg really gd work out.
Did Tuesdays WOD: 35kg front squat, 60 singles & 10DU, on last set did 30 DU.. Must try for 30DU each set next time
Did Tuesdays WOD rxd 19.57
