		<description>Front Squat: 70,75,80... should&#039;ve paid more attention and gone heavier, BUT considering the WOD that followed maybe not. :P

WOD: as Rx&#039;d, 2rounds and 15 push presses. 

Learned a lot from this workout, wish I would&#039;ve caught on to Helzy&#039;s &quot;5 breaths and back on the bar!&quot; cue earlier, I was surprised when in the last few minutes I finally came around to trying it and finding that my mind was lying to me and that I didn&#039;t need those 15 breaths (which anyways only allowed me to squeeze out one rep and one miss = wasted time/energy).

Moral of the story: listen to your coaches.</description>
