5 Skin The Cat

    170kg, 175kg, 180kg. Then, 9.52 at 90kg.
    Really good class today. The stretching cool down was really good. Good work and keep it up helz!

    the work out was tough today!!! really great class, love the mobility stretching!

    55/60/62.5 then 30 for 7.42

    first time lifting those weights, surprised lil’ 8.5 stone me could bust it out!!
